This passenger data set contains data pertaining to customer demographics and satisfaction with Airport facilities, services, and initiatives. The data was collected in May 2011 through interviews with 3,872 customers in each of SFO’s terminals and boarding areas. Samples sizes per terminal, boarding area, airline, and time of day were weighted to reflect actual customer traffic disbursement.
